Motivate2Create aims to foster creativity and nurture talent, through participatory innovative processes, in order to give communities the tools to find creative solutions to social challenges.

From 20th to 23rd June 2022, CEPS hosted the #Motivate2CreateEU training days in Barcelona. The 3-day training event was addressed to professionals who work with communities: arts practitioners, social educators, community workers, project managers, and anyone who wants to implement a social action project.
The objective of this event was to identify and test the tools and methodologies that work and can be used to design a Learning Programme on Social Action Projects.

The sessions were collaborative and participatory, project partners and training participants worked together through presentations, brainstorming sessions, case studies and world cafés, among other exercises.

The plan is that participants stay connected to share more experiences on Social Action Projects. We aim to collaborate transnationally online as a “Community of Practice” in further developing and testing the online learning resources and pocket guide that we have started to co-produce over these three days.To find out more about the next steps, don’t forget to browse our website: https://www.motivatetocreate.eu/.
